What data we collect: When you send an enquiry, join the waiting list or contact us, we store what you enter: name, email, phone number if you provide it, requested dates, number of guests, cabin and your message. If you book, we also store what is needed to carry out your stay and the payment.

Why we process it: To reply to you, let you know about available dates and carry out the booking. This is necessary to enter into and perform the contract with you. We keep accounting records because the law requires it. The waiting list is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it: Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 12 months after you contacted us. Booking data is kept for as long as the booking requires. Accounting records are kept for seven years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. The waiting list is kept until you unsubscribe, but no longer than 24 months.

Who has access: We never sell your data. It is handled by suppliers we use: Google for forms, email and the booking register, and a web host for the website. Google may process data outside the EU. The transfer is then protected by the EU rules for such transfers. If you book via Booking.com, their privacy policy applies to that booking.

Cookies and third parties: The website does not use cookies for statistics or marketing.

Your rights: You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You also have the right to restrict or object to the processing, to receive your data and to withdraw your consent.
